Datalink Services, Inc
(www.imvrs.com) Created the members website using Delphi (isapi dll), html, java script, XML and ajax. Also created a desktop application that communicates with the same web service via encrypted http protocol.

MyDoorTracker
Developed a Door and Hardware job control program for DiscoveryDoor. The program was done in Delphi with MySQL as the database.

eMedCharts
(www.emedcharts.com) Developed an Electronic Medical Records program which had been used by Dr. Lawrence Podolsky, MD from May 2002 through his retirement in 2007. The program was developed in Delphi with MySQL as the database.

State Board of Equalization (May, 1991 to Present) Sacramento, CA

Senior Programmer Analyst Developing Windows programs for Win3.x, Win9x, WinNT and WinXP primarily in Delphi. Most are multi-user database programs with Microsoft SQL Server as the database.

Staff Tax Auditor Primary responsibilities focused on reports/analysis of databases. I wrote various multi-user PC based Paradox and Delphi database applications to both automate various processes within the Petitions Section and track the work load and productivity of the section by desk. I also acted as one of three Novell 3.x/4.x LAN Administrators serving over 600 users.

Associate Tax Auditor As part of the headquarters processing team in the Petition Section, I reviewed taxpayer’s contentions with regard to tax assessments. This included a through review of both the audit and the law.

U.S. Computer Services (September, 1982 to April, 1991) Sacramento, CA

Director of Accounting Software Development Responsibilities included the design and programming of the following accounting applications in a mainframe environment: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Personnel/Payroll, Purchase Order, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Advertising Trafficking and Medical Claims Processing. The total package included over one hundred programs with more than one million lines of program code. Researched and implemented all enhancements for the software products. Effectively managed the efforts of the programming and quality assurance teams.

Accounting Software Business Manager Managed the efforts of a customer service team supporting all accounting software, including sales demonstrations, installations, training, and software troubleshooting. Customer base was over 250 sets of books with locations from Guam to Newfoundland.

Tax Accountant Responsible for all sales and property tax filings for more than 40 states. Assisted with compilation and filing of consolidated income tax returns for federal as well as 40 states.

Associate Tax Auditor As an Out-of-State auditor, I performed complex sales tax and gasoline tax audits on some of the nation’s largest corporations utilizing numerous creative techniques and procedures in analysis of various computer records.
